Development Squad

Squad Description:

This is the first of our Junior squads following lessons in our pre-squad. This squad forms the start of the competitive pathway for our swimmers. Once in Development squad, swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in our Development Gala series.

Training Times:

Tuesdays - 6:30-7:30pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Thursdays - 6:30-7:30pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Fridays - 6:30-7:30pm @ Phoenix Pool
Sundays - 5:30-6:30pm (Swim) and 6.30-7.30pm (Gym) @ Phoenix Pool

Entry Criteria:

Swimmers must have passed Stage 6 to be considered for Development Squad

Cost

The cost for Development Squad is £28 per month payable on the 2nd of each month.
Each swimmer will be liable to a membership fee which will be confirmed by the club on joining.

Junior Squad

Squad Description:

Junior squad follows on from our Development  squad.

Training Times:

Tuesdays - 6:30-7.30pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Wednesdays - 6:00-7:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Thursdays - 6:30-7:30pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Fridays - 6:30-7:30pm @ Phoenix Pool
Sundays - 5:30-6:30pm (Swim) and 6.30-7.30pm (Gym) @ Phoenix Pool

Entry Criteria:

Swimmers must have passed Stage 8 to be considered for Junior Squad

Cost

The cost for Junior Squad is £32 per month payable on the 2nd of each month.
Each swimmer will be liable to a membership fee which will be confirmed by the club on joining.

Club Squad

Squad Description:

Club squad is for swimmers working towards fitness, stamina,speed and technique improvement and can still have the opportunity to compete in galas. The squad is divided into Junior and Senior sessions.

Training Times:

Mondays - 6:00 - 7:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School (Junior)
Mondays - 8:00pm - 9:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth Hight School (Senior)
Wednesdays - 6:00-7:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School (Junior)
Wednesdays - 8:00-9:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School (Senior)
Fridays - 6:20-7:20am @ Phoenix Pool (Junior and Senior)

Entry Criteria:

Swimmers must have been selected and invited to swim in the Club Squad

Cost

The cost for Club Squad is £20 per month payable on the 2nd of each month.
Each swimmer will be liable to a membership fee which will be confirmed by the club on joining.

County Squad

Squad Description:

Training Times:

Mondays - 7:00 - 8.00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Tuesdays - 7:30-9:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Wednesdays - 7:00-9:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Thursdays - 7:30-9:00pm @ Gt Yarmouth High School
Friday AM - 6:20-7:20am @ Phoenix Pool
Fridays - 7:30-9.00pm @ Phoenix Pool
Sundays - 5.30-6.30pm (Gym) and 6:30-8:30pm (Swim) @ Phoenix Pool

Entry Criteria:

To gain a place in County Squad you must be recommended by your coach, and then approved by our head coach into the County Squad. Swimmers are expected to attend at least 3 swim sessions per week and the Sunday gym session.

Cost

The cost for County Squad is £38 per month payable on the 2nd of each month.
Each swimmer will be liable to a membership fee which will be confirmed by the club on joining.

Regional Squad

Masters is open to any swimmer over the age of 17 years.
