Team Gy at the Thetford

'Nifty Fifties' Gala

 

Team Gy were in action last weekend at the 'Nifty Fifties' gala held at the Waterworld pool at Thetford. There was a good entry from Great Yarmouth Swimming Club for this 'open' meet which gave the swimmers a big opportunity to support and encourage each other. This support and encouragement paid great dividends as there were a large number of personal best performances and the swimmers collected a large number of the trophies that were on offer. With many of the top swimmers in the area attending this gala the team can be very proud of their achievements.
