The Great Yarmouth team travelled to Spalding to compete in the first round of the Arena National Swimming League and were very unlucky to achieve only forth place.

Great Yarmouth Win at Bungay

The Great Yarmouth team travelled to Bungay this weekend to take part in the Goldline Trophy. The team won the event with some fine swimming prompting Chief Coach Garry Jarvis to describe the win as "a really good team effort by everyone and finished off with a really good win in the cannon relay".

Club Autumn Mini Gala 2010 and Club Championship Round 2

Last weekend saw the Club hold it's combined Autumn Mini-Gala and the 200m Club Championship Round 2 at the Phoenix Pool. This was a change of format and proved to be very successful. A large number of spectators enjoyed an evening of swimming that ranged from watching swimmers in their very first gala to seeing our National Championship swimmers in action.

Iceni Meet 2010

On Saturday a team of thirty swimmers took part in the Iceni Open Meet at Dereham. With a wide range of events they finished with nineteen places in the first six.

GYSC Second at the Diss Sprints 2010
