Club info - Photography Policy

We may take photographs of your child at the swimming club. We may use these images in our publicity material, or in other printed publications that we produce, as well as on our website or on display boards. We may submit photographs to the local newspapers and swimming magazines. We may also make video recordings for use as an aid to training.

Your consent to the use of these images is sought on your membership application form. You may however withdraw your consent at any time by informing the club.

Photography at Galas

In accordance with ASA ruling no photography or video recording may be carried out without prior permission and the necessary details put on file in the club register. This applies to all image capturing devices including mobile phones. In principle, no photography is allowed at training sessions except by the club officials and permission must be obtained at home and away galas, usually by signing the authorization form held at the front desk.
