The Great Yarmouth team travelled to Thetford on Saturday to compete in the final round of the Norfolk County Junior League. With some very competitive swims the team managed the runner up spot for the Christine Clark Cup and finished the league overall in 7th place. Well done to all the swimmers that took part in this competition.
Liam Harvey - GYSC Head Coach
The Club is very excited to welcome Liam to GYSC as our new Head Coach.
We have been without a Head for quite some time and are now able to look forward to progressing the club with Liam's experience, enthusiasm & expertise.
It is a shared goal of both the Club and Liam to ensure we achieve results and improve our swimming club. He will continue to be supported by our current team of volunteer teachers and coaches, who have done so much to ensure that we were able to maintain a full training programme this last year.
I am sure all parents & swimmers will offer Liam their full support and contribute to the success of GYSC.
